Refund Policy

Last updated: July 13, 2026

This Refund Policy explains when you can get a refund for a Yumo subscription, how to cancel, and what is non-refundable. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record.

14-day refund

If you have not used any credits in the current billing period, you may request a full refundof that period's charge within 14 days of the charge. Request it by emailing hello@yumostudio.app or directly through Paddle.

What is non-refundable

Cancellation and auto-renewal

Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, via the link in your Paddle receipt email, or by emailing hello@yumostudio.app. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel before the end of your current billing period. When you cancel, your plan and its remaining credits stay active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Failed generations

If a generation fails due to a technical error on our side, the credits are automatically returned to your balance — no refund request needed.

How to request a refund

Email hello@yumostudio.app with the email address on your account and your Paddle order or receipt number. We aim to respond within a few business days. You can also manage billing and request refunds directly through Paddle using the link in your receipt email.
